HIS NAME IS...LUCIUS!!!!! ANOTHER BITTER UPDATE

Hey Peeps! It is I once again bringing you even more wonderful Updates of our little Bitter Friend! :D

I've FINALLY given the Squirrel a name and it shall be...LUCIUS!!!!! :D And after much consideration I've decided to keep Lucius cute throughout the Film afterall since it'll make his bitterness even more creepier! :p

Final Turnaround of Lucius here. (Well truly do hope it's FINAL this time anyway.)

After looking into BOTH Gollum and Preston Blair I've decided to combine the 2 and...Voila! Here is Ze result! :D

I have to say I think he looks a lot better now actually not too mention more life like even! :p

He may be staying cute but that doesn't mean I want his face to stay stiffly cute, he must have LIFE DAMMIT!!!!!

I also believe Eyes in the wonderful world of animation always tells us an awful lot of story of a Character and how he/she is feeling hence it's the Eyes I'm planning on staying focus on.

After receiving useful some Feedback from my Peers I took their advice and looked into the work of Preston Blair taking on-board how he Designed Squirrels.

As awesome as he is (or was) I don't really want to copy TOO much of his Style hence just a case of taking aspects I like and making it my own. :p

YUP!!!!! Just a much more cutesy wutesy, simpler look of his facial close-up.

I really liked the Feedback that he should stay cute throughout because it'll just make his bitterness more creepier.

So what do you think? Constructive criticisms welcomed. :)

Latest Sketches for my Squirrel Film so far.

Before I go back tweaking the Squirrel (just little bit to make him more simpler) I've decided that the best thing to do first is take a closer look at Squirrels and I have to I'm actually surprised at how curled up Squirrels' backs REALLY are! O_o

Amazing the things we don't really notice until we take a closer look huh? :/
And as you can tell these Skethces aren't my usual Style but hey it's research and sometimes you NEED to do somthing outside your usual comfort zone otherwise how else are you going to learn huh? ;)

TURNAROUND...BOG-EYES! O_o SQUIRREL UPDATE

Hey Peeps! It is I once again bringing more Updates in perticulor...THE SQUIRREL!!!!! :D

Here are the Character Turnarounds I've done of my little Bitter Friend to help me develop him into a more 3-Dimensional Character and life like...In my very own Surreal, Twisted way! :p

The Squirrel in his young, handsome, cutesy, wutesy cheerful self Turnaround.

In case your wondering he's meant to be doing a thumbs up but it backfired and now his hand gesture just looks...Weird. :/

The Squirrel in his older, ugly, angry, miserable bitter self Turnaround.

Even his Teeth and Claws are starting to look monsterous now haha! :D

The Squirrel in his even MORE, uglier, angry, miserable, depressed, brittle, rotting bitter self Turnaround.

I have to say this actually turned out much, MUCH better than I expected haha! :D My favorite Design so far. :)

Yeah, his Turnaround was quite big hence why I've done it on 2 Sheets of Paper! :p

ARISE THE SHADOW DEMON AND THE FOX KING COMETH A.K.A. MY DREAMS ARE TRYING TO KILL ME!!!!! O_o

HEY PEEPS HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!! :D It is I once again bringing you the latest Illustrations I've created from my Dreams. :)


THE FOX KING!!!!!

Now I've actually had the idea of the Fox King for some time now (Hell since late 2007 even) but it wasn't until a recent Dream I had about him that I decided to grab a Pencil and actually Design him! :p

It's quite weird actually because I always envisioned him as some sort of "Hero" but for some really odd reason he was a Villain in my Dream! O_o

Then again that's not necessary bad thing I suppose, Hell he COULD be an Anti-Hero even (or Anti-Villain, take your pick)!

What's also quite weird was that he had gigantic Fly Wings in my Dream but I've given him Bat Wings instead for 3 Reasons:

1. Bat Wings are AWESOME!!!!!

2. Fly Wings are LAME!!!!!

3. I SUCK at drawing Fly Wings. :p

There is 1 thing my Dream defoe got right though...I always DID envision him as some sort of Zorro/Mysterious type Character haha! :D

THE SHADOW DEMON!!!!!

Now the Shadow Demon on the other hand is actually a brand New Character I've come up with after he appeared in my Dream.

Unlike Th Fox King (which is a little bit amusing) The Shadow Demon was actually really Creepy! O_o My God seriously I really can't describe it! And his Voice...HIS VOICE!!!!! I'm never, EVER going to forget that Charming, Creepy Voice.

Yes you read that right, as well as Creepy he was also quite Charming actually haha! :D YUP!!!!! I really don't think he'll have ANY trouble capturing women at all! ;p

Same picture I just really liked both Colour Schemes, they both work IMHO. What do you think? Constructive criticisms welcomed. :)

SEASON'S GREETINGS AND WHAT'S TO COME IN THE NEW YEAR

Merry Christmas/Eid Murbarek/Samay-Akh Hanukkah/Insert Any Other Religious Festivity You Believe In Here and a Happy New Year! :D

It is I once bringing a Final Update for 2010 BUT fear not Peeps Peeps for I'll defoe be back in the New Year showcasing more of my Art! ;)

For this Years' Xmas I decided to make my very own Xmas Card which is more to my liking and for it I decided to create this crazy Action Movie style Poster as well as slightly combining together well known Xmas Characters and well known Movie Stars merging them into...Well these fellows. :p

The 2 Images are the same thing but the only difference between the 2 is that the Top Image is the Card itself and the Bottom is just the Movie Style Image & Writing WITHOUT the Season Greetings for you all to see more clearly because let's face it I did kinda overdo it with an awful amount of Writing! O_o

So unfornately the actual Art Work itself ended up being a lot smaller than I wanted it to be. Hope you like them. :)



I also decided to be a little bit PC and include the other Faiths since I have Friends from different Backgrounds and beliefs as well as me being a Muslim myself so why not? ;) I have to say ever since I finished this I'm now seriously considering making this into a Film for next Xmas! O_o Just need to finalize a Story first though because I've only got a really vague idea right now. I'm also still only thinking about it so watch this space.

Now before I end this Blog just a couple of quick Updates:

1. They'll be more Production Updates for "The Bitter Squirrel" Animation so do keep an eye out for this particular Critter. ;)

2. After the success of "The 7 Deadly Sins" I'm now planning on creating a next Illustration Series called "Alter Egos & Caricatures" based on my good Buddies INCLUDING myself but don't worry I'll be nice to you all (if you're reading this)! ;) Unlike "The 7 Deadly Sins" Series I plan to Finish & Upload them altogether this time. Also be aware that "The Bitter Squirrel" will be my Top priority so it may take some time I'm afraid.

3. Just more Illustrations I suppose and hopefully some Animation work this time...IF I EVER GET TO FINISH THEM!!!!! D:<

SKITTER THAT BITTER CRITTER : SQUIRREL UPDATE

Hey Peep Peeps! :D Yes it I once again bringing you more Updates on the current work in Progress of my wonderful Squirrel Friend! ;)

Remember when I said I was going to tweak his Final Design because the Feedback I received from my fellow peers was that he looked like a Cat? Well since moi takes constructive criticisms very, VERY seriously I've done just that.

As you can see from the Images below I just took small aspects I liked from my original Designs, looked more closely at what Squirrels ACTUALLY look like, mixed them together and...VIOLA!!!!! Here's Ze result! :D I just came up with this even more better looking (as well as Ugly) Final Squirrel Designs! :D I have to say I'm really proud of myself he just looks more awesome now. :)

As well as the above Designs I've also taken the liberty of Colouring him and after many Colour Tests and Experimentations this Red Colour is the Winner! :D

And just to show my Journey even further here are the other Colour Tests/Experimentations of "What could've been". ;p

"THE BITTER SQUIRREL": NEXT ANIMATION PROJECT

Hey Peeps! Did ya all miss me? :D

Yes it is I once again to inform you of my next Animation Project "The Bitter Squirrel".

Now as you all know by now I have been working on this for some time and whilst I'm still in my Pre-Production Stages I have however decided to keep you all Updated from time to time. :)

Here are the Character Design Sheets of the Title Character himself. You may be thinking "But wait haven't you already Designed him?" Well yeah but as much as I LOVE that other Design I do however feel that body wise he'll be too hard to Animate, not impossible just hard. Personally I'd love to do it the hard way but my schedule is quite tight so it's not really the best idea for now.



Original Designs of the Squirrel Character Design Re-make and as you can see I tried out lots of different Styles to make this work.

You're all probably thinking "Why the HELL is he smiling?!" Well there's a good reason for that...It's his Younger Years when he was so happy and Free-Spirited before he became a Bitter Asshole! :p


Chosen Design right here experimenting with his 1 Year old self (that's 20 in Squirrel Years so he's NOT a Baby just to make that clear) Facial Features.

I haven't really done much of this because it's more his older self I'm concentrating on to be honest.


Here he is as his much more Older, Uglier self and boy does he look Pissed and Bitter now! :p

Once again more Facial Features Experimentation going on here.


Did you know that Squirrels only live up to 6 Years if, IF they're very, VERY lucky BUT NOW...

He's of course gone WAAAAAAAAAAAY beyond 6! In fact he's over 20 here!

He's sooooooooooooooooo old that's he's now beginning to rot ALIVE!!!! O_o

It so bad even his Eyeballs are Bulgingly Popping out! O_o


Yeah his Popping out Bulging Eyeballs took up an awful lot of space so I had to continue the Facial Feature Experimentations on another Sheet of Paper. :/


From the Feedback from my fellow Peers I got I'm aware that he looks like a Cat so don't worry I'm already on the case to tweak this problem but for now I'll just show you guys what I've done so far as well as constantly Updating this to show the current work in progress.

Any helpful tips and Feedbacks would be very much appriciated.

PHILLIP THE MUTANT VAMPIRE (COLOURED VERSION)

Hey Peeps! It is I De Eval One here once again to show off another finished Illustartion of mine I've done in Coloured! :D

I have to say ever since I've successfully Coloured "The 7 Deadly Sins" I just really want to Colour ALL my images now HAHA! :D

So of course I decided to take a bit of a Liberty with my wonderful Mutant Vampire Character otherwise known as Phillip! :p

As you can see with moi's chosen Colours I'm really trying to bring back the Old School Style of my favorite Legendary Monsters Vampires! Just need to make them awesome again! I really, REALLY HATE what they've become today! D:< Why oh WHY have they been turned into such Wussies I'll never know! :(

So yeah hopefully I can help recreate the awesome Vampire Legends the way they SHOULD be in my future Stories. :)

THE 7 DEADLY SINS IN COLOUR AND MINOR UPDATE

Hey Peeps! It is I once again with more Updates! :D


First of all sorry for not Updating for some time but alas I've been EXTREMELY busy recently and will be for some time so I may not be able to Update as often as I like but I'll try my best. Also my next Film Project will be "Bitter Squirrel" so do expect Updates from time to time about that particular one. :)

In the mean time let me make up for the lack of Updates by Posting the Coloured Versions of "The 7 Deadly Sins"! :D

Obviously I'm not going to introduce them again because you should know about them by now! :p But here's some descriptions of certain Colours I've deceided to give them. :)
WRATH!!!!!

To be honest I think the Colour Schemes to use for Wrath was so obviously pridictable that I could've just done this blind folded! :p

Saying that I do think this Firey Devilish feel for him truely does work! The only thing I think could've been better though is perhaps the Background. Don't get me wrong I love the Fire Effect I've given it but I can't help and just feel it might be a bit too...Orange. :/ Maybe even more orange than Dale Winton O_o (well almost :p)! Maybe the Fire Effect should be less Orange and perhaps more Darker but then that's just me, you guys might disagree.
Now Sloth's Colour Scheme is a tricky one because I'm really not sure if this one works at all. :/

To give it somewhat of a Sleepy, tragic feel I felt the best Colours to use are Purple and Blue which as you can see mixed together are the majority Colours here.

I don't know, there's somthing about this that just doesn't seem...Right. :/ I'm considering Re-Colouring him and trying out Brownish type Colours like an Owl or somthing but that's just me you guys might feel differently.
Man Eater Lust!

For Lust's Colour Scheme I thought it'd be best to give her somewhat of a Romantic yet Darkly Gothic feel so after extensive research the marjority of the Colours are Purple and Dark Pink.

Personally I think this Scheme turned out brilliantly! However the only parts I don't think quite worked is the Wine Glass (then again it's more the way I Drew it I have a big problem with) and the Necklace which IMO is too bright.
Envy.

A Greenish yet Firey like Battle Scheme for the Character of Envy just to give her a more threatening look (well...She IS a 6 armed mutant Reptile like Demon you know :p). Personally I think this Colour Scheme works quite well for her but what do you think? I don't know.
PRIDE!!!!! I love my Pride he's Gorgeous! :D (Even though he's a bloody Eval B*****D! O_o)

ANYWAY enough perving over my own Creation (how disturbing O_o) back to business! Now for Pride's Character I thought what Colours would suit this particular Dude the best? And then I figured that Gold and Red (mostly Gold though) are the Perfect Colours to represent his pure Vanity and arrogance.

I have to say I really like this Colour Scheme, it works so well IMHO!
Now Greed I say was the most difficult Sin to Colour.

All sorts of Colours I tried just wouldn't suit him at all and whilst tempting I refused to give him the same Colours as The Joker for if I did then he wouldn't really look like my own Character anymore and I truely do want to make these my own.

After many Tests and Experiments I felt Gold, Green and Red (but mostly Gold) best suited him of all.
Fatso Gluttony! (God how much I HATE this Sin! UGH!!!!! D:<)

For this disgusting thing I really wanted to give the type of Colours that would just vomitly frastrates you! I also decided to give him blood like brusing to really give the feel of how irritatingly Obese he is!
